James E. Williams and Son, Inc. was established in April of 1987. With an emphasis on Construction and Painting, we specialize in tenant improvements within occupied housing developments and multi-family home owners associations.

In addition to our Construction, and Painting Divisions, our Maintenance Division specializes in a variety of repairs which include emergency services, dry rot and pest report repairs. We rebuild fences and replace concrete in stamped, broom, and exposed ECT finishes. Our company builds retaining walls in wood, concrete, or keystone with integrated drainage systems if needed. We also perform Interior repairs to drywall, trim and cabinetry, including plumbing and electrical alterations if required. James E. Williams & Son provides complete residential and commercial interior renovations through our skilled in-house divisions.
