The Construction Division is the largest division in our company. Whether new construction or remodels, we rely on a highly trained staff that can perform repairs ranging from siding and trim decay to large scale structural repairs. With experience in leak detection and waterproofing techniques, we provide a proven water tight system. This involves a combination of exterior cladding, flashing, and waterproof barriers. Our team of Carpenters, Foreman and Superintendents verify that all work is completed to manufacturers recommendations and Uniform Building Code Standards. All projects are properly managed with minimal impact to residents.

Our Fencing projects range from storm damage repairs to complex fences for condominium developments. We can perform any type of fence repair or replacement including ornamental Iron for pools and common areas or a combination of perimeter fencing options around an entire complex. We also specialize in a variety of redwood or cedar style fencing. We offer many different chain link options and block walls, including CMU trash enclosures with heavy steel gates.

With over 20 years of concrete and masonry experience, we can provide a wide range of products and services that range from maintenance to large scale concrete replacement. We understand the importance of preparation and the necessity to address repairs on existing conditions prior to starting any job. We work with utility companies in the identification of underground lines, and professional arborists for tree root removal. We specialize in driveways, steps, patios, sidewalks, light weight concrete decks, footings, and foundations.

We also offer many different concrete finishes. Our concrete finishers can match the existing style, or provide a broom, exposed aggregate, stamped, and rock salt finish.

We have a maintenance division ready to complete any task. They specialize in a variety of areas ranging from emergency repairs, welding, fencing, retaining walls, Plumbing, Electrical, and small concrete repairs to siding repairs, and removing downed tree’s from winter storms. Our maintenance division prides itself on quick response with professional service.

Our Interior Repair Division provides exemplary customer satisfaction. We focus on protecting surrounding areas and leaving your home or business clean and dust free during and after construction work. Texture and paint matching can be a difficult task, but our experienced crews can make the result appear seamless. We understand the importance of not only completing work with superior quality and in a timely fashion, but we also strive to minimize the impact to the homeowner, tenant, or business operation.

Leak detection is one of our many specialties at James E. Williams & Son. We utilize the latest Thermal Imaging Cameras and Moisture Meters. We can determine points of water intrusion easily and efficiently, without removing interior or exterior components. In order to maximize homeowner satisfaction and provide piece of mind, our use of cutting edge leak detection technologies allow us to pinpoint problem areas, provide efficient solutions, and perform effective repairs.

A key ingredient of preventative maintenance for any property is ensuring that periodic painting and caulking of all surfaces is properly maintained. Our in-house Painting Division is set up to handle any painting project—large or small. We work closely with all major paint manufacturers to make certain the application of all paint products meets manufacturer specifications and maintains product warranty. Whether painting over existing applications or painting new material, we oversee the proper preparation, compatibility and application of all products to maximize your painting investment.
